Why We Went

We went to Tokyo because we were curious about the city and wanted to explore it for ourselves. Being there gave us the chance to look around, follow our interests, and learn from the experience. We came home wanting to share what we took away with people planning a similar trip.

How We Prepared and Explored

We prepared by researching activities online, joining Facebook groups, and watching YouTube travel videos. These sources helped us build a practical picture and understand the range of things to do. Once in Tokyo, we explored the city and joined tours. The tours offered another way to learn about the city, while our own exploring let us follow up on what interested us.
